Fed: Howard wishes Rafter well in retirement
Prime Minister JOHN HOWARD has wished Australian tennis star PAT RAFTER well in his retirement.
RAFTER -- a two-time US Open champion -- made his announcement in an open letter tothe media today.
Mr HOWARD's told reporters he's sad but not surprised by RAFTER's decision.
