Japanese wheel machine makes LDPE packs at high speed. (Tokyo Glass Seiki's rotary blow molding machine; polyethylene) (Blow Moulding )

A ROTARY blow moulding machine by Tokyo Glass Seiki is now available from Tecplas International, of Glossop, which has recently been appointed TGS's agent in the UK and Ireland. It is designed to produce thin-walled containers at high speed, and the company says over 375 machines were used last year, world-wide, to produce some 1,400 million packs for juices, fruit-flavoured drinks, Sake, edible oils, and the like. The machine normally forms part of a complete liquid packing line, for which Tecplas also offers the downstream stages, such as filling and sealing machines, wrapping units, cooling tanks, resin recycling equipment, and conveyors.
